We do not charge for prescriptions or referrals during a consultation. Repeat prescriptions outside of consultation are currently charged at £25.
New conditions requiring a referral, second opinion or prescription will require a consultation.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another patient.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in the full appointment fee being charged, which is taken at the time of booking.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Membership Fees

This will also incorporate personalised named patient liaison support and concierge service for tests. We are also proud to work with Pharmacierge, a dedicated pharmacy concierge service that will deliver you medication to your door or workplace within hours, and with free delivery*
*Free same day delivery within London postcodes and free next working day delivery nationally. Overseas delivery incurs charges and is possible except for USA, Canada, Australia and Norway.
